About Us

At Your Place Healthcare, LLC is a minority-owned healthcare organization founded in 2016 and located in Marion, South Carolina. The organization is certified through the South Carolina Small and Minority Business Contracting Certification program and has established itself as a trusted rural healthcare provider offering occupational medicine, student screening and onboarding, mobile wound care, veteran disability support services, preventive screenings, and health and wellness programs.

Although headquartered in Marion County, At Your Place Healthcare extends services through mobile and onsite care models across multiple South Carolina counties, including Marion, Dillon, Horry, Marlboro, Florence, Chesterfield, Orangeburg, Bamberg, Williamsburg, and Darlington. The organization was created to meet people where they are—at work, at school, in the community, and in care settings where access to timely healthcare services may be limited.

 

Since expanding services in 2022, At Your Place Healthcare has served more than 4,500 patients and clients, demonstrating strong growth, community trust, and operational capacity. The organization currently serves 12 employer clients and five educational and career programs, providing practical healthcare solutions that support workforce readiness, student compliance, employee wellness, chronic disease prevention, veteran services, and wound care management.
